Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the services provided by Lone Star Facility Management LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By requesting or receiving our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Services
Lone Star Facility Management LLC provides property maintenance and facility management services including, but not limited to: plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance repair, roofing, flooring, drywall, painting, pest control, mold treatment, exterior deck maintenance, gutter services, windows, garage doors, pressure washing, ceiling tiles, debris removal, and general handyman services.
2. Service Agreements & Estimates
All services are subject to a written or verbal agreement and/or estimate provided prior to commencement of work. Estimates are based on the scope of work described at the time of inquiry. Actual costs may vary if additional work is required upon inspection. The customer will be notified of any material changes before additional work proceeds.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payment via methods communicated at the time of service. Late payments may be subject to additional fees. Disputed charges must be raised in writing within 7 days of invoice date.
4. Customer Responsibilities
The customer agrees to:
- Provide accurate information regarding the scope and location of work.
- Ensure reasonable access to the property at the agreed service time.
- Secure pets and valuables before our team's arrival.
- Inform us of any known hazards or special conditions on the property.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand schedules change. We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Repeat last-minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee or refusal of future service.
6. Warranty & Workmanship
We stand behind our work. If you are unsatisfied with a completed service, please contact us within 48 hours and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue at no additional charge, provided the concern relates to our original scope of work.
7. Limitation of Liability
Lone Star Facility Management LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to our services. Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
8. Pre-existing Conditions
We are not responsible for damage to property resulting from pre-existing conditions, latent defects, or circumstances outside our reasonable control (e.g., hidden water damage, compromised structural integrity, or electrical issues not disclosed prior to service).
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Lone Star Facility Management LLC and may not be reproduced without express written permission.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.
11. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued engagement of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
